One of the benefits of interim innkeeping is discovering new recipes at various Bed and Breakfast Inns. Here, with the owners permission, we are happy to share recipes that have proven to be popular with guests. Though most have come from B&B's, some are taken from the internet as well (Food Network, etc.).
We plan to feature at least one recipe each month, so please check back often. And if you try one of them, please let us know how it worked out. This sauce is fast becoming a guest favorite; even the owner of the inn we are currently working at likes it!
